Probably one of the worst place to dine in...
I went there with my family and friends the other night and ordered a few starters, some rice and noodles and about 6 main meals. The place was very dark and didn't have a pleasant smell and the staff were not at all friendly. They could not answer my questions and reacted rudely to them. The starters were not appetizing - they were either too dry or too oily. The rice, however was good and the noodles were too oily, but I think they just wanted to make it look nice. The main meals were full of msg and the sauces were too thick. I would not recommend this Chinese Restaurant to anyone else because it's expensive for its quality of food.

Great food, brilliant service.
Some friends had recommended the restaurant to me for a while, and I finally went last week. I used to order takeaways from Lovely's or Happy Garden across the road, and ordered the same dishes. I found the food much better at Zan's and didn't taste full of MSG. The staff were friendly and accomodating as i was with my 2 year old. I will definitely be dining there again, and since i found out they do takeaways, I'll be changing my takeaway to Zan's too.

Disappointing meal, yet friendly service.
My experience was somewhat different. My starter and main meal were distinctly tasteless while the rice was delicious. I also found the service very friendly. Unfortunately, I won't be rushing back.

Good Chinese Cuisine and Great Service
This is a good place for a group meal, but even as a date place or just somewhere to grab a bite it's good too. The service is so friendly and the food is great value for money. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're a fan of Chinese cuisine.
