To show our support for Cranbrook School's Sustainability Week, our Head Chef has created two fish specials using species that are not only tasty but also not in danger from over-fishing or destructive fishing methods.

Pan Fried Fillets of Red Gurnard with Jerusalem Artichoke, Roasted Chicory and a Tomato Vinaigrette.
Poached Flounder Fillets with Sauteed Courgettes, Salsify and a White Wine & Cream Sauce.
