CBA After-Hours Business Networking

The CBA's highly successful "After-Hours Business Networking" meeting will again be on the first Wednesday in the month i.e. 7th March, at 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and will this time be in the "Harris Centre" at Angley School.

The CBA invites all businesses, whether members or not, to join us for an enjoyable couple of hours networking and socialising.

We are lucky this month to have as guest speaker local HR professional Peter Vanson who will give a brief presentation on forthcoming changes to employment legislation including:

Agency Worker regulations - Maternity/Paternity provisions - Abolition of the default retirement age - Unfair dismissal qualification period - Pension reforms and auto-enrolment

The relaxed format of these meetings continues to provide the ideal opportunity, without the pressure, to meet and network with other local businesses as well as, on this occasion, the opportunity to pick up some top tips on how the new employment laws could affect YOUR business!
