Absolutely appalled at the stories I've been hearing about the train chaos in and out of London. Rail chiefs have a LOT to answer for - the snow was forecast well in advance, in this day and age we really should have the means to deal with a dusting of snow and some colder temps than normal surely! I can't believe people were forced to sleep in carriages in Orpington for example. And don't get me started on the people stuck on the A2 for up to 10 hours last night. Why why why can this be allowed to happen?!
