Cranbrook School has been left shocked and saddened at the death of their popular Head of Drama, Mike Wilkinson.

Mr Wilkinson had taught at the school for 27 years, and was hugely popular with the thousands of students who had the pleasure of sitting in a classroom with him or performing on a stage in front of him, myself included.
He died of a heart attack on Friday, 10 February 2012. Sad news indeed. The school will be a poorer place without his enthusiasm, passion and knowledge for English and Drama subjects, especially Shakespeare.
